HP 雷射印表機 錯誤 49.38.07 error

1台 HP M551 的彩雷因為在沒關機的情況下停電關閉，之後開機後就會出現 " 49.38.07 error "的錯誤，還寫說要重開機，但重開後，情況依舊，把此印表機關機，用usb接在別台電腦上開機後，印表機上的錯誤畫面還是一樣，而且電腦 都不會偵測到有新增的硬體裝置，非常奇怪，把印表機的主機板拔了重插還是一樣，後來查到了一篇設定，大概就是把印表機上的系統 reset，設定的方式如下:

1. Turn the product on.

Turn the product on. 

2. When the Ready, Data, and Attention LEDs are illuminated solid, press the Stop button.

When the Ready, Data, and Attention LEDs are illuminated solid, press the Stop button. 

3. Scroll to Administration, and then press the OK button.

Scroll to Administration, and then press the OK button. 

4. Scroll to Partial Clean, and then press the OK button.

Scroll to Partial Clean, and then press the OK button.

5. Press the OK button again.

依照此方式設定後重開，就恢復正常了。
