outlook傳送接收失敗 出現"未提供"

 outlook突然無法收發信，按下傳送接收時，都會跳出一個"未提供"的錯誤訊息。

重設outlook profile也沒用。

進到控制台，對outlook執行修復就正常了。

Outlook suddenly couldn’t send or receive emails. When clicking Send/Receive, it would always show an error message saying “Not Specified.”

Resetting the Outlook profile didn’t help.

Going into Control Panel and running a repair on Outlook fixed the issue.

outlook 郵件清單 不要顯示郵件內容

 

outlook 郵件清單，除了寄件人，主旨，時間之類的，還會在下一行顯示部分的郵件內容，

讓整個郵件清單看起來很雜。

可以在檢視的功能表中，在訊息預覽裡面，選擇關閉，就不會顯示那一行郵件內容了。

In the Outlook mail list, in addition to the sender, subject, and time, part of the email content is also displayed on the next line,
which makes the entire mail list look cluttered.

You can go to the View tab and, under Message Preview, select Off to stop showing that line of email content.

M365 outlook 底色亂跳

同一個M365帳號，在兩台電腦上都設定的outlook，但設定的底色不同，結果兩台電腦上的outlook底色都會一直亂跳。

是因為outlook設定，有一個"將我的outlook設定儲存在雲端中"被打勾了，所以兩台電腦的outlook設定會互相影響，只要把這個設定取消就恢復正常了。

The same M365 account was configured in Outlook on two different computers, but each had a different theme color. As a result, the background color in Outlook kept switching back and forth on both computers.

This happened because the Outlook setting "Store my Outlook settings in the cloud" was enabled, causing the settings on one computer to affect the other. Simply unchecking this option resolved the issue.

excel 沒有任何頁籤

 有一份excel編輯到一半時當掉了，重開啟啟後，裡面完全沒任何東西，沒任何頁籤。

所以就用修復的方式再開啟一次，但還是沒效，想說沒救了。

結果就查了一下excel沒有任何頁籤，沒想到還真的有這個設定，去檢視裡面，取消隱藏頁籤，檔案裡的資料就全部出現，恢復正常了。

m365 office 在哪些設備啟用

 如果要查詢m365 office 帳號在哪一台設備啟用了，就要先進到Microsoft 365 admin center。

在"作用中的使用者"，點選該帳號，左邊會出現相關資訊，在最下面就有一個"檢視 ‎Microsoft 365‎ 啟用"。

裡面就會顯示在哪些裝置上啟用了這個帳號。

outlook 自動儲存尚未傳送的郵件

有的使用者不知是不是信件開太多，pst又掛載一大堆，三不五時outlook就會突然都沒反應，雖然從工作管理員查看，cpu還是有在處理，但每封信或是outlook主視窗上面所有的鈕都無反應，只能強制關係。

這時後如果有些信寫到一半還沒寄出會存成草稿，就會怕資料不見。 

outlook裡面有一個自動存到草稿的功能，就在"選項"-->"郵件"裡面，可以設定幾分鐘內沒寄出的信自動儲存。

如果是正常方式關閉outlook，系統會問你，要不要存，你選擇不存，就算超過設定的時間，也不會存到草稿。

但若不小心outlook當掉，超過時間的那些信，其實就可直接在開啟outlook後在草稿匣內找到，這功能還蠻實用的。

Word插入物件出現錯誤-此物件是使用程式Acrobat建立。您的電腦並未安裝此程式

 在WORD程式內，透過插入物件的功能，要插入一個PDF檔，卻跳出"此物件是使用程式Acrobat建立。您的電腦並未安裝此程式......請安裝Acrobat或確定已關閉Acrobat中任何的對話"

先確認PDF檔都是可直接用Acrobat PDF Reader開啟，WORD試著插入EXCEL物件也正常。

所以就決定先重裝Acrobat PDF Reader，結果就解決問題了。

When trying to insert a PDF file into a Word document using the "Insert Object" function, the following error message appears: "This object was created using the Acrobat program. This program is not installed on your computer. Please install Acrobat or make sure that all Acrobat dialog boxes are closed."

I confirmed that the PDF files could be opened directly using Acrobat Reader. I also tried inserting an Excel object into a Word document, and that worked fine.

Based on these findings, I decided to reinstall Acrobat Reader. After doing so, the problem was resolved.

Office2010安裝 錯誤1402

 Office突然不能用，無法移除，安裝也跳這個錯誤1402的錯誤。

執行 secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose 

就可重新安裝。

Office suddenly stopped working, could not be removed, and the installation failed with error code 1402.

Executing the following command will allow you to reinstall Office

secedit /configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf /db defltbase.sdb /verbose

Excel 下方的分頁頁籤不見了

 EXCEL檔案不同的分頁，通常都在左下方可以做點選切換。

但某些檔案明明就有多個分頁，但下方卻都沒東西，無法切換。

這是設定的問題，只要在進階的設定裡，找到 顯示工作表索引標籤，將此功能打勾就會正常顯示其他分頁了。

Different worksheets in an Excel file are usually switchable by clicking on the tabs located at the bottom left.

However, in some cases, even though a file has multiple worksheets, there is no content displayed at the bottom, and switching between them is not possible.

This is a configuration issue. By going into the advanced settings and enabling the "Show sheet tabs" option, the other worksheets will be displayed correctly.

OUTLOOK編輯郵件貼圖沒東西

 outlook在編輯郵件時，要直接把圖貼在內文中，但貼上後，就是空白沒東西。

有時後在郵件的預覽內文視窗，在上下滾動畫面時，畫面也會很頓。

後來有查到，就是WIN10的DPI設定。

就是在解析度的設定上面，還有一個百分比可以調整畫面上字型與項目的大小，如果設定是超過100%，像是125%或150%時，就會造成在編輯郵件時的一些問題，只要調成100%，就可以排除這個怪問題，很奇特的一個問題。

There is nothing in the image pasted in the email while editing it in Outlook.

Sometimes, when scrolling up and down in the preview pane of the Outlook, the screen becomes sluggish. Later, it was found that it is due to the DPI (Dots Per Inch) settings in Windows 10. In the display settings, there is a percentage that can be adjusted to change the size of fonts and items on the screen. If the setting is above 100%, such as 125% or 150%, it can cause issues when editing emails. By adjusting it to 100%, this strange issue can be resolved.

outlook 收件都變成純文字格式

 outlook正常的話，收進來的信會是html格式。

如果信突然都變成文字格式，就是設定被調到，改回來就行了，就在信任中心裡有個以純文字讀取所有標準郵件，取消就行了。

Outlook emails are appearing as plain text format.

In a normal Outlook setup, incoming emails are displayed in HTML format.

If suddenly all emails are appearing as plain text, it means that a setting has been changed. To revert back to the original format, follow these steps:

Open Outlook and go to the Trust Center.

Look for the option "Read all standard mail in plain text" within the Trust Center settings.

Uncheck this option to disable plain text reading for all standard emails.

Once you have made this change, Outlook will display emails in their original format again.

EXCEL開啟出錯 "excel 部分內容有問題 您要我們盡可能嘗試復原嗎"

 有一個有多頁籤的excel檔，裡面只要是文字跟一些圖片。

之前都可以用，今天在開啟時突然跳錯誤

excel自行修復後，檔案可以開，但很多圖片卻不見了，而且每次開啟都會跳一樣的錯誤。

後來有查到一個不錯的解決方法，就是去安裝免費的open office，利用裡面的excel功能來開啟這個異常的檔案，就可以正常開啟了，接著在另存新檔，這個新檔就可以在微軟的excel裡正常執行了。

Excel error on opening: "Excel found unreadable content. Do you want to recover as much as we can?"

There is an Excel file with multiple tabs containing text and some images.

Previously, it was working fine, but today, when trying to open it, an error suddenly occurred.

After Excel attempted to repair the file, it could be opened, but many images were missing, and the same error message appeared every time it was opened.

Later, a helpful solution was found. By installing the free OpenOffice software and using its Excel functionality to open the problematic file, it could be opened successfully. Then, the file was saved as a new file, which could be opened and executed properly in Microsoft Excel.

OUTLOOK很舊的信變亂碼 比較新的信正常

因為換新電腦，所以把舊電腦的PST檔一起移到新電腦上。

但 在查詢一些信件時發現一個怪事，大概在2013年以前的信件，全變成亂碼。之後的信件，卻都正常。

在舊電腦上是完成正常的，所以就在找另外兩台電腦來測試，測試後發現，同一個PST檔，在某些電腦上都有這個問題，在另一些電腦卻沒事，跟OUTLOOK或WINDOWS的版本都沒直接關係。

最後才發現，原來是OUTLOOK裡面的編碼設定造成的。

編碼如果改成BIG5，就沒有亂碼的問題，調成UTF8就有。

但還是跟使用者說，因為都是很舊的信才有影響，平常還是建議用UTF8，有需要查舊資料，才用BIG5。

Old emails in Outlook are displayed as garbled characters, while newer emails appear normal. 

Due to a computer upgrade, the PST file from the old computer was transferred to the new computer. However, upon checking some emails, a strange issue was discovered. Emails dated before approximately 2013 appeared as garbled characters, while those after that period appeared correctly.

The emails displayed correctly on the old computer, so additional testing was conducted on two other computers. It was found that the same PST file exhibited this issue on certain computers but not on others, regardless of the version of Outlook or Windows being used. Eventually, it was discovered that the encoding settings within Outlook were causing the problem.

Changing the encoding to BIG5 resolved the issue and prevented the garbled characters. However, it is still recommended to use UTF8 encoding for general use, as it is more widely supported. The BIG5 encoding should be used only when accessing old data that is affected by this issue.

outlook信件有迴紋針，但信裡看不到附件

 偶爾都會有使用者反應，收到的信件，旁邊有迴紋針，表示信中有附件，但信打開，裡面卻只有內文，沒有任何附件。

後來仔細的查詢，當信件進來後，經過第一層的圾垃郵件過濾系統，信還是完整的，附件也都有。

之後進到Mail Server，信也是正常的，然後Outlook收信時，從Mail Server的log上看到，的確也是整封信傳過去，所以就判斷問題是在本機端產生，不是Mail Server的問題。

防毒軟體在安裝時，有另外在Outlook內插入一個增益集程式，做附件掃描的功能，後來在Outlook裡把這個功能關閉，有問題的信在重寄一次，附件就出現了。

Occasionally, users have reported receiving emails with paper clips indicating the presence of attachments, but upon opening the emails, they find only the body text and no attachments.

Upon further investigation, it was found that when the emails arrive, they pass through the initial spam filtering system intact, with all attachments included.

Subsequently, when the emails reach the Mail Server, they are still in their original state. However, while receiving the emails in Outlook, it was observed from the Mail Server logs that the complete emails were indeed being transmitted. This led to the conclusion that the issue originated on the local machine and was not a problem with the Mail Server.

During the installation of the antivirus software, an add-in was inserted into Outlook to enable attachment scanning. However, after disabling this functionality within Outlook, the problematic emails were resent, and the attachments appeared as expected.

啟動 office2010 錯誤 0x80070190

 在啟動office時，出現0x80070190的錯誤，這不是序號錯誤，也不用去改機碼。

只要在啟動office的程式時，選擇用"系統管理員身份執行"，開啟程式後在去啟動office授權，就ok了。

When launching Office, an error with the code 0x80070190 appears. This is not a serial number error, and there is no need to modify the registry. To resolve this issue, simply launch the Office program with "Run as administrator" option. Once the program is open, proceed with activating the Office license, and the issue should be resolved.

OUTLOOK無法直接開啟PPT附件 另存也不行

 有一台電腦的OUTLOOK在收到PPT的附件時，都無法直接開啟附件，另存後，開啟也會跳錯誤，無法正常操作。

但同一封信在其他電腦上的OUTLOOK都可以正常開啟，所以PPT檔案是沒問題的，那就是個別電腦的問題了。

後來是去POWERPOINT的設定，把受保護的檢視取消就解決了。

On a particular computer, Outlook was unable to directly open PowerPoint attachments. Even after saving them and attempting to open, an error would occur, preventing normal operation.

However, the same email with the PowerPoint attachment could be opened without issues on other computers using Outlook. Therefore, the problem seemed to be specific to that individual computer.

Eventually, the issue was resolved by adjusting the settings in PowerPoint and disabling the protected view.

outlook 主旨無法排序 "無法依據這個欄位排序"

 有使用者反應在outlook收件匣中，無法依主旨排序信件，會出現"無法依據這個欄位排序"的錯誤訊息。

其他欄位排序卻都沒問題，一開始用這個錯誤訊息去找出來的解法，都沒什麼用，也沒在細查，因為電腦有其他比較麻煩的問題，所以這個就先不管。

等電腦其他outlook問題解決時，這問題還是有，又在看了一下，突然發現，上面欄位不是"主旨"，而是"工作主旨"，所以就點開欄位設定，順便看了一下其他outlook，正常的話，都是顯示主旨這個欄位。

使用者不知怎麼弄的，變成工作主旨，這個欄位本來就是無法排序的，只要把它改回主旨就行了。

Users reported that they were unable to sort their emails in Outlook's inbox by subject, and encountered an error message saying "Cannot sort by this column."

Sorting by other columns worked without any issues. Initially, the suggested solutions found using this error message were ineffective, and further investigation was not conducted due to other pressing computer issues.

However, even after resolving the other Outlook problems on the computer, this sorting issue persisted. Upon closer examination, it was discovered that the column header was not "Subject" but rather "Subject (Work)." The column settings were opened, and a comparison with other Outlook instances revealed that the normal display should be "Subject."

It was unclear how the user had changed it to "Subject (Work)," but this column was inherently unsortable. Simply changing it back to "Subject" resolved the issue.

MS Project 2016 無法登入"很抱歉 發生暫時性的伺服器問題"

 在使用租用一年的MS Project2016版時，要先去office365下載安裝程式，安裝完後執行程式時，需要做登入，登入有授權使用的帳號，才能使用Project上的功能。

但按下登入時，無法正常出現登入的視窗提供輸入，反而是顯示"很抱歉 發生暫時性的伺服器問題"。

一開始以為是OS的問題，但試了其他台的WIN7 OR WIN10，都OK。

後來又想是不是本機office版本的問題，但在其他台office2010沒問題，在使用者上的2007或2010都不行。

最後發現使用者電腦只裝到IE9，試著升到IE11，Project的登入視窗就正常了，搞死人了。

"Unable to log in to MS Project 2016" Sorry, there was a temporary server issue.

When using the one-year subscription of MS Project 2016, you need to first download the installation program from Office 365. After installation, when you run the program, you are required to log in with an authorized account in order to access the features of Project.

However, when you click on the login button, the login window doesn't appear as expected and instead shows the message "Sorry, there was a temporary server issue."

Initially, it was thought to be an issue with the operating system (OS), but after trying on other computers running Windows 7 or Windows 10, it worked fine.

Later, it was considered that it might be an issue with the local version of Office, but on other computers with Office 2010, there were no problems. However, when using versions 2007 or 2010 on the user's computer, the issue persisted.

Finally, it was discovered that the user's computer had only Internet Explorer 9 installed. After upgrading to Internet Explorer 11, the login window for Project started functioning properly. 

outlook2010另存附件錯誤 ： 無法儲存附件。無法建立檔案

OUTLOOK2010另外/開啟附件時，會跳錯誤，無法正常存檔或開啟，產生下列的錯誤畫面。

原因是在OUTLOOK的設定中有指定一個暫存檔的路徑，這個路徑有問題，就會造成讀取附件異常，所以就要執行regedit，修正機碼

在 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Security\

裡面有一個 OutlookSecureTempFolder參數，把它的值改到任一一個使用者能存取的完整資料夾路徑，當做暫存資料夾就行了。

When attempting to open or save attachments in Outlook 2010, an error occurs, preventing normal operations. The following error message is displayed:

The cause of this issue lies in the Outlook settings, where a specific path for a temporary file is specified. If there is a problem with this path, it can lead to abnormal behavior when accessing attachments. To resolve this, you need to make changes to the registry using regedit.

Navigate to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Security\

Within this key, locate the parameter "OutlookSecureTempFolder" and modify its value to a complete folder path that can be accessed by the user. This new folder path will serve as the temporary folder for storing attachments.

MICROSOFT OFFICE 啟動錯誤 0x80070190

 有一台電腦的office在輸入完序號做啟用時，會一直跳出 0x80070190的錯誤。

這組序號確定是沒問題可用的，在其他台電腦上啟動 都正常。

遇到這種問題，就在該電腦上變更機碼，在

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform，把UserOperations的值從0改成1，不用重開機，就可以正常啟用了。

On a particular computer, when attempting to activate Microsoft Office after entering the product key, an error with code 0x80070190 keeps appearing.

The product key is confirmed to be valid and functional, as it successfully activates Office on other computers.

To resolve this issue, you need to make changes to the registry on the affected computer. Open the Registry Editor and navigate to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\OfficeSoftwareProtectionPlatform.

Locate the "UserOperations" value within this key and modify its current value of 0 to 1. You don't need to restart the computer for the changes to take effect. After making this modification, you should be able to activate Microsoft Office successfully.
