不正常關機後，TPM不見，造成bitlock不能用。A compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Security Device must be present on this computer, but a TPM was not found

user的筆電因為無法喚醒，所以做了強制關機。重開後每次都要輸入bitlock number才能進系統。
找不到解決辦法，所以決定把bitlock關閉，然後重新啟用bitlock加密，沒想到一直失敗，系統會說"A compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Security Device must be present on this computer, but a TPM was not found"。
bios裡面的tpm確定有開，bios也是最新版的，後來發現，裝置管理員裡面本來要有"安全性裝置-信賴平台模組"，但不見了，非常奇怪。
就是因為這個裝置不見了，所以bitlock無法重新啟用。
在bios裡關閉tpm再重啟也沒用，最後是把bios重新裝一次，才解決問題，也許是因為bios的程式異常造成系統找不到tpm，所以重上bios才恢復。
